Non-Circumvention / Non-Disclosure Agreement

Thank you for your consideration in choosing Danilchenko O.O. as your international trading partner. Please note, we will only issue a NCNDA to an Owner, CEO, CFO, COO, President, Vice President, General Manager or Director of a legal entity/company and who has a valid passport. Also, your company must have already submitted a RFQ (Request For Quote) and the Principal Buying Group has accepted our soft price. Buyer must be ready to submit their ICPO (Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order) or LOI and BCL "addressed specifically to Danilchenko O.O." immediately upon completion of the NCNDA. Please be sure your deal meets all the criterias listed herein before submitting.

Instructions:

1) Fill out the following form (P.O. Boxes not accepted). Please use all "CAPITAL LETTERS" when filling out the NCNDA Form.

2) If you require an additional Mandate / Intermediate / Buyer to be included in the NCNDA, please send their complete detailed information (which is to include the same information being requested herein) in the Comments Box. Please use all "CAPITAL LETTERS" when submitting additional parties detailed information.  

3) Click send message. (Please note: if you successfully submit the form below, you will be re-directed to a Confirmation Page. If not, you will remain on this page and asked to fill out the fields marked in "RED" below)

(We will send you a newly dated NCNDA for your review, initials, signature, seal, to be witnessed by a Notary Public, Justice of Peace, Civil Law Notary or Ministry of Justice. You will be required to present your Passport and registered Corporate/Business status documents for the legally accredited witness to verify the information is correct and in good standings)
